As everyone knows, excessive washing of the face is not well advised. If someone with a relatively dry skin, I can prove that even a gentle application of warm water may contribute to further dehydration. I recently discovered that both Cetaphil Spectro Jel and not just traditionally used with water, but they can also be applied to dry skin, left briefly absord, and then the remaining gel removed with a tissue – I wonder if anyone ever had any success with the latter approach. I am using Cetaphil for oily skin. I was using Cetaphil bar for dry and sensitive, but the warm weather approaching lead me to save for the colder months. How about you?

April 15th, 2011 admin can anyone tell me if their experience they found it better to one or two times a day while on Accutane wash. Recently, I have a habit of washing at night with cetaphil and rinse with plain water in the mornings and afternoons as needed as opposed to twice a day with cetaphil. Suggestions?

i etc have now gone more than two months without sugar, wheat or milk. continually improve. Recently upped my dosage b5 8g per day, and taking more and biotin. also got cetaphil (I love) . much slower than all the other things I have almost used.

March 6th, 2011 admin Hey, at night while I was in the shower Neutrogena oil free acne wash for my face and body. Then, later in the evening before bed I use Proactiv. Both seem to work well. I have very mild acne now. However, my face starts to dry to get the change of seasons. So I was to buy light moisturizer cetaphil. I was wondering, when should I use? In the morning? February 1st, 2011 admin Hi guys . I decided to take the route with a gentle cleansing my skin and bought a big bottle of Cetaphil at my local supermarket last night. The awesome part was that I was a “bonus became” full-size bar to the liquid Cetaphil Cetaphil. The bar was free, so Im impartial about using it.
