I have some very thick chest acne. It is not cystic, nor do I have whiteheads or blackheads, are really just tons of little red pimples with a larger number. They are not large enough to be cysts, nor have they ever called “heads” on them. Theyre just red dots that look like a worse version of my face acne.

I tried anti-bacterial soaps, Head Shoulders u0026, and Retin-A Micro 0.1%, minocycline, and Clyndamicin on. The only thing that actually worked Minocycline was – that really clear
