I started minoclycline about a month ago and I am ten times worse. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal to go through a period of deterioration before it gets better? Is this something I call the derm and let her know? She told me not to suffer, but in silence, but I want to know if anyone had a good experience after bad? Thanks so much.

admin So I keep asking my derm if applying cortisone cream on acne would speed healing and they always say the more cause acne because . If so, why do they do with cortisone injection sites to help them heal faster? ? Unbelievable my mind!

July 8th, 2010 admin Hi everyone I started accutane 5 days ago my dose is 10 mg once daily, but the thing I wanted to know was whether people who start accutane headaches? . My headaches are mild and are every 20-30 minutes and last for 2-3 seconds . thats it . So I want to know if this is o ne thingt concerned about . I will not be able to contact my derm for another three days so any help will be helpful thank you

Im at the end of my course of torture, er, Accutane, and I noticed that I have all these scars. specifically, the texture of parts of my skin now resemble the peel of an orange. not cute! in fact, very baaaaad. Yes, I am given my options. I know many of you have tried these methods and would love to yall opinions about this stuff.
my derm tells me that microdermabrasion is to be a waste of time, but I do not know if he is right or just trying to make a buck, ya know? H

June 30th, 2010 admin Hey guys! What happens if your derm rx pills for you to take one month, and you must finish them . but your skin is the same as before . your skin will break out with pimples, or remain as it was? any info at all would be appreciated:)
Insurance Company and taking Accutane [derm] [accutane]
June 30th, 2010 admin It seems that my parents insurance company is fighting to take my Accutane. They can not for whatever reason to give one months supply of medicine, instead just give me 3 weeks delivery, but my derm wants a monthly checkup is not a 3 week check. My parents tell me that I will have to go every 3 weeks to get a check and thats fine with me, but my derm collapsed on it.
I was wondering if anyone else has a similar problem with their insurance company, while taking Accutane.
