Sunlight makes acne worse. . . [accutane] [derm]

I asked my derm the other day if it believes that direct contact with the sun makes your acne worse? She said it doesnt aggravate acne or cause more acne, we also need to wear a sunscreen, especially me cause im on Accutane.

I like a bit of the sun up, even without sunscreen while on Accutane in the morning to even out my skin all red marks.
Do you think is a bad idea? How exactly do you think Sun affect our skin?

What has helped your cystic acne the most? [cystic acne] [derm]

What has helped your cystic acne the most? Or what are your experiences.

I just cannot figure it out. Im trying one thing at a time to see what helps. Im 23 and when I was a teenager or in the GS-I didnt have much of a problem. I was a cyst here and there was not so bad. When I was about 21 it has only just started getting worse. I would still consider myself as a moderate. Ive gone to the derm quite a few times in recent years and all he wants to do is put me on antibiotics. They ha

Body Acne success stories? [body acne] [derm]

I was wondering whether anyone has. I have been ashamed to wear a swimsuit for tro recent years because of my back and shoulder breakouts. I finally got to a derm in the coming weeks to see the control and do something instead of just waiting to “fix itself”. I just want to talk to someone who has suffered the same problem and maybe had a successful treatment. My questions are: how long will it take? Is there a lot of visible scars? How remarkable is it?

Thanks!

Frustrated as Hell on accutane [accutane] [derm]

Im 59, 135 pounds and started at 80 mg and upped my dosage to 120 mg (160 mg derm. recommended but I thought that is entirely too high for my weight) and when I started Accutane, I had mild, but cystic sometimes, and always persistent acne and it was only on my chin, my whole body and the rest of my face is clear. well now im about to start my last month and no improvement has occurred! Spiro allergy. Something else left to try? [spiro] [derm]

Hi everyone, had started one week ago
I spiro, but it turns out I was allergic to. It is a drug based on sulfur and some people have an allergy to them, Im one of the 1% that have this condition. Im so unlucky! I had high hopes for spiro. Now I feel lost. My derm said I should only take Yasmin for a while, then they will assess my condition. I think my acne is hormonal. I tried Accutane, it worked but the acne came back 1.5 years later. Do you have any recommendations for me before I try a
