Im scheduled to have an Ultra Peel Dermabrasion for acne scars next week. Just wondering if anyone has done that and did it work? It is very expensive, so I just want to make sure that it is worth it.

Im looking for dermatological surgeon. I am post-accutane out of the hand was 8 months. There, the medication, I have moved cities, and the new dermatologist says I should wait approximately one year before a scar procedures. In the meantime I do my research and trying to figure out the differences between (in order of least to most intense intense): chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser, dermabrasion and the final. Im at the end of my course of torture, er, Accutane, and I noticed that I have all these scars. specifically, the texture of parts of my skin now resemble the peel of an orange. not cute! in fact, very baaaaad. Yes, I am given my options. I know many of you have tried these methods and would love to yall opinions about this stuff.
my derm tells me that microdermabrasion is to be a waste of time, but I do not know if he is right or just trying to make a buck, ya know? H
