Ive just been prescribed 3 months worth of oral erythromycin . just wondering if anyone has had any success or bad things to say?

April 11th, 2011 admin So I slowly backwards down my dose of antibiotics (erythromycin) if it was to the point where things were just remain the same and I could not see Improvment like I had at the start. With the removal of bacteria, etc. of antibiotics for more than eight months my skin / face began to feel dead, long healing time, etc. So I got off antibiotics and decided to change a few things in my routine.
Things I am currently using and take that are really improved my acne:

February 24th, 2011 admin This is bloody ridiculous. I have antibiotics (erythromycin) for a lil over 3 months now and IM still not clear! Whats going on? I thought you had to assume the results between 8-12 weeks to see. Im still breaking out. Jeez man, nothing ever works for me. Im on the verge of giving up! it looks like I have acne 4 Life (
To someone else has whether its anti-Mino, doyx etc. . it took so long to clarify?

January 19th, 2011 admin for the first time in two years, there are no pimples on my face. im exstatic.
this is such a good week for me.
i was perscribed erythromycin (400 mg orally) and clindamycin (topical) about one month ago. I think both have helped, but I think . and . hope Ive just finally grown out it.
ive also gained back all the weight I lost when I was heavy diet in an attempt to get rid my acne. I dropped to 160 in the early summer . because I lived off chicken, salad and apples. S

If use Erythromycin,
I just wanted you to know that I have been for two weeks now and my face has cleared up 100%. I had severe acne around my chin, my eyebrows, my neck and back. These antibiotics seem to dry my acne right up. I am also using an actual night called stievenmycin (sp?) – Face only. The combination of these two antibiotics really seem to help. I hope they will continue to work for me.

November 30th, 2010 admin Hello everyone, am currently using
I Stievamycin Forte (tretinoin and erythromycin) Gel.
I have used it for two weeks and it seemed to be clearing my skin.
It felt tight on the face and it worked fairly well.
It has seemed to stop working lately is – get more pimples (pustules old but not dry) 0.
Is that even possible?
Could my acne (bacteria) have learned to become resistant to the drug quickly – in just two weeks?
