Ive tried almost everything in my skin clear. Or was it simply not working, but when my skin would be extremely dry, red and irritated. After reading how much to eat healthy and excersise can really help you, I have decided I am going the healthy way to try it. Ive also read if you take some vitamins, like vitamin C and omega-3 fatty acids can help. There is so much omega-3 to choose from. Has anyone used fish oil supplements (not flaxseed oil) for a longer period for acne? I have a few questions, if so.
1. Did it help?
2. Did you break out the first or at all?
3. How much did you take and for how long?

January 25th, 2011 admin hi, how are oil and evening primrose oil, flaxseed balance hormones? Because I read somewhere that flaxseed oil is an anti-estrogen (is this true?). but why? I thought that androgen is not responsible for these estrogen. pls this straight for me. am a bit confused. and what is DHT? i dont have any knowledge regarding this.

Anyways, I was wondering if it OK to flaxsed oil supplements to combat dry hair – I know I can, t take Vitamin A supplements, but I was wondering about flaxseed. November 16th, 2010 admin I know that vitamin B5 happy with oily skin help? I also read on another board that taking a tablespoon of flaxseed oil helps the sebum production and helps the skin dry out.
My problem is that even after showeing and putting on an oil-free moisturizer, about 4 hours later my face visible oily.
So flaxseed oil would really help this problem? Any other supplements other than the B5?
