I have three scabs on my face from popping zits that should not have popped. Scabs as hard skin and are more a dark red. My question is, how long will it take for the scabs to run on their own? now they feel really tight, and there isnt even a place where the skin for me to subtract them as I wanted. Is this a sign that they are properly cured? Please help. I also have a similar place, but some progress to a hard layer over the top spot. I have neosporin over it. Is this the right thing to do? T
