Have you found that you can pretty much do your entire face except the areas marked on the chin / jaw line? I have this problem. I found the Acne Free face wash is great for cleaning up non-hormonal acne. But this stubborn jawline acne is a problem. Its pretty painful and starting to affect my self-esteem. I am 27 years old and I would love to acne a thing of the past.
Has everyone took an over the counter cream or something that can be rub
February 25th, 2011 admin I currently Yasmin BCP, 25mg spiro (go see if I can take up to 50 mg), zinc, B complex, and C.
I wouuld like more herbs / vitamins to help w / my hormonal acne, and androgens take . . as omega-3 and Saw Palmetto, but I think if it will decrease the effectiveness of my pill since they affect hormones? I do not want to end up doing to my good pill or pregnant. Doctors dont seem to know too much about this when I ask – of course.
December 2nd, 2010 admin If any of you treat your hormonal acne naturally, you know when a first break while trying to balance your hormones? The reason I ask is b / c my boss (a chiropractic AK) muscle tested me for an addition to my hormones, my skin was supposedly the balance, but I break more than ever. It has, among other things, black cohosh, chaste tree, linseed, Dong Quai.
Any ideas about this? Should I just stick it out longer? I would say that Ive been on this regime 3xday for about 3 weeks now. Thi
September 25th, 2010 admin Does anyone else have this? I am a 30 year old woman and I only break out around my mouth and chin. I am very clear everywhere else. Is this hormonal acne. Whether this could have something I am eating or a lip gloss that I use? If someone else has figured it out and is reply.

September 4th, 2010 admin I started Yasmin about 9 days ago mainly to help with my hormonal acne . My acne seems to get bad in a couple of cysts before my time, but after my period is always better. Well I started Yasmin on the first day of my period and have now passed, I am one to break out worse than me in a long time . Is it the “first” break-out? How long can it last if it is . ? I really need some advice . I just want to hide from the world now . lol

Saw Palmetto: hormonal acne and other things to be helped?
Evening Primrose: hormonal acne, PMS and concentration?
They both sound really good but I would really appreciate some feedback on getitng more of my vitamins.
PLEASE HELP.
My ultimate goal would be less oil on my face and hair.
