I just started with milk thistle and wanted to hear how it worked for other people. I want it for acne of couse, but heard its good for the detoxification of the liver. Ive heard that eczema, fatigue, aching muscles, headaches and allergies may also be signs of a good detox is needed. Anyone have experience with taking milk thistle for acne? If so, has got you in a different way? Perhaps it will also help my eczema and allergies!

Your acne sounds very similar to mine in that it was hormonal? I have a very mild case and then during the period, it gets worse. This sounds like what your skin is like? Do you think that milk thistle help hormonal acne? What does it for clearing the skin?
