November 9th, 2010 admin Okay, I did a search on the boards of oil and B5. Some I have already used b5 for about 2 months. But I was using low doses (4g for about a month and half, 8g for a week or two, and now 10g for about 4 days.) Well, today is my oil going through the roof. I think I went through my first break when I 8g, near the end of this just before I went to 10g.

Ive read reports saying that it has “miracles” of peoples skin, and some say that it made their acne “worse” what do you mean when you say miracles? As in full you kept clear? I just got off accutane one month and half ago and my acne is slowly, so my oil is the oil return to full strength, and I would like to keep my face clear. So b-5 looks to be the best way to go. Are the side effects such as diarrhea very often?
