They are these little spots with acid salycylic go right over your pimple at night, so the medicine does smudge or come off while you sleep. I swear that they work faster than benzoyl cream or something else I used. Every day I used them my pimples are smaller and less red. they also feel kind of cooling and soothing on your skin.
