There are a few other discussions on this supplement . I was wondering if anyone has any success with it and even if you are a regular multivitmin to take in the morning (like Centrum). I know that Nicomide zinc in it and the multi vitamin and I do not take too much zinc .

admin My derm prescribed Nicomide for me and so far helped with my acne. Does anyone know if Nicomide has no serious side effects? And how long I can last? Thanks
