April 21st, 2011 admin I use this for the past few months. I was clear from the first week and have been clear since then. I was previously using proactive. I wonder if all the hard products I was using made the acne worse.
I use the grapefruit cleanser, followed by the kiwi cleanser that is extremely hydrating, or a cucumber toner, and oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen. I happened upon this by accident when I gave some examples and am happy with the results. Just an FYI for some of you product junkees l

I am trying for an oil-free moisturizer to find because I fully dried / chapped skin on my tea tree oil a day ago. So I went this morning and got Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for sensitive skin.
Are sensitive skin and many other combination?
And has anyone had problems with this moisturizer?
I recommended St. Ives Oil Free Moisturizer but I could not find it anywhere, so I just went for this.

November 16th, 2010 admin I know that vitamin B5 happy with oily skin help? I also read on another board that taking a tablespoon of flaxseed oil helps the sebum production and helps the skin dry out.
My problem is that even after showeing and putting on an oil-free moisturizer, about 4 hours later my face visible oily.
So flaxseed oil would really help this problem? Any other supplements other than the B5?

August 16th, 2010 admin Ive been putting cream BP (2.5%) on my face every night, and then oil-free moisturizer after it dries, but I notice that after a few days, my skin starts to get red and start to peel in some places . Would still be effective if I applied the cream at night, but then carefully rinsed after about half hour? (And then applied oil-free moisturizer) . I think if I like this, my skin gets so irritated . but I just want to get some opinions on whether they are still effective in preventing acne.
