Ok Im not one to diet, but I try to eat only what is right. I am 16 years old and have a very oily skin. Thats fine, because Im using blotting papers and its really good at preventing wrinkles. I hate using it, but when I see people my age walking around with wrinkles that is not good . seriously. I drink about 3 to 4 glasses of water a day sometimes and usually not a doll. For my skin regimen I use Glyderm Lotion Lite (I use the 5% now) I love it I used it for 5 years and you can buy it at www.
