Hello, I thought Id try to write here for an answer hopefully . I get cystic acne that means I dont always have a break out but I get big painful pimples a lot, but my biggest problem is severely clogged pores, like all my pores on my face have a black head and white head and I try to squeezing them, but they come back . I had heard about the mental side, but I was shocked when the doctor opened a book and sent me two pages (small print) of possible physical effects. One of the techs said that she was and had no problems.
