admin Hi, I suffer from mild to moderate acne throughout my teenage years and now in my early 20s. About 2-3 years ago I remember that at this board, reading about B5 and go. After about 4-5 months of 6g/day my skin not fat, unfortunately, remained a number of acne, but it was even better! Well I have the B5 expensive, I paid my way through college by working a crappy part-time job and just could not afford any longer, so I had to leave B5, so I could eat and pay my tuition.
