glycolic acid peels are supposed to make your skin peel? [peeling]

Hi, I recently bought a bottle of 30% glycolic acid peel and apply weekly for about 3-4 weeks. Ive heard from several people that made their skin literally peeling is natural, hence the name, but if that should happen, I do not know why my skin is not peeling. When I apply it, it tingles and everything, but then my skin feels normal. So my question is, my skin would be peeling or is it still effective regardless? Thank you.

PanOxyl Acnegel – 5% or 2.5% better? [benzoyl peroxide] [peeling]

I am currently using PanOxyl acnegel 5%. After using it a few days the skin scaly and peeling and the acne spot is difficult to cure. May I know if your views remain at 5% or switch to 2.5%. I read some articles that 2.5% benzoyl peroxide is as effective as 10% benzoyl peroxide with less irritation. How true is this? Your feedback is appreciated.
