Reply:Cutting down on sugar and juice will be hard for me as well as wheat. I'm a sugar addict! What do you eat for breakfast? I like to eat my whole wheat bread and orange juice but that's not gonna work . I also eat oatmeal but that's grains, is oatmeal ok?
