I also agree about the sodas and sugar and basically what this is doing is controlling your insulin levels, which is basically the whole concept of a low gi diet. Its a lifestyle change and not always simple but it is possible!

January 10th, 2011 admin For those of you who have taken accutane – How many courses did it take for you to finally clean? I am 27 and have gone through 4 courses of Accutane. Within 6-9 months after the course, my face starts getting oily again and I start to break. Anyone have any experiences like this and what finally worked for them? Currently on B5 for the past month or so with mixed results. My face feels dry and most of my acne pimples are small and not the big cystic type.

September 9th, 2010 admin I have small pimples and blackheads on and around my nose and my forehead. My face is very oily. Also, excess oil around the nose made anyones nose appears red. It seems some way to go after I wash my face. Any suggestions?

i a problem, it seems that if I have a pimple, the skin around it starts flaking pretty bad when the cure. Im not sure it is due to annoy, or if I use too much on my skin and irritates.
