My face gets really red when I exercise and sometimes stays that way for hours afterwards. Even when I was in the cold wind, my face get all red and blotchy. Almost any kind of soap dries my skin, and I use lotion or really dry. Im not sure my skin is just super sensitive or damaged from previous years of aggressive use of medications. I have acne especially when you would think most (not the red bumps I associate with rosacea). Any opinions?
