Anyone trying the Atkins diet, which mostly proteins and vegetables. No refined sugar or white flour. I wonder if the Atkins diet helps with acne?

admin I think it would be very useful if people posted the type of acne had mild or severe, and some eat their acne. This way we can see if the milk, white flour, fried foods, refined sugar or chocolate.
What is the difference? [cane sugar] [refined sugar]
