After taking Remeron (for sleeping, but it is also an antidepressant) for about two months, I have noticed a great increase in acne, especially on the right side of my face. Ive had mild acne, but this has become quite bad.

The benzoyl stopped working, so I started with tea tree soap and salicylic acid, both of which really work well. But, there is _zero_ effect after a few weeks. Acne is quite localized in certain areas (particularly in the temple areas)
