What are the stages of a pimple? At what point does a change in Whitehead?
The reason I ask is this, I recently started Zinc and I think you speed healing. My pimples turn right onto Whitehead. Before my pimples would never even into whiteheads, I would choose before they could, but I think Zinc is helping my body heal faster. What do you think?
Reply:Zinc turns them to whiteheads fast. Either that, or it causes acne. I took zinc to help my acne, and I found that it was only multiplying it. It may have been the effect you suggest of bringing the whiteheads to the surface, but I think that so long as you get the RDA of zinc, no need to take those supplements.
