Two different questions with the body of acne and exfoliate [head and shoulders shampoo] [epsom salt]

Ok, first:

1. I have acne on my chest. Pretty mediocre. Ive heard that Epsom salt and head and shoulders shampoo can also fade out. I took a bath in Epsom salt today as a few people recommended, but it has not done much. Should I try head and shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo? Supposedly really helps the body acne, but I do not know how my mom a bunch of random people on a message board to tell me reccomends shampoo on my chest. Any advice is welcome.

2. My face is about 95% clear, but it is full of red spots. Someone told me I had something to use to exfoliate and remove the red marks disappear. However, I do not even know what does exfoliate, and I do not know how to do it anyways. Today, while looking for things, I found some of my moms thing exfoliator. It is LBrie all natural facial exfoliator or something. Without thinking, I used it. My skin feels really soft and it looks a bit better. Will this really my red spots, fade or is it just a temporary solution?
