Week 17 of a high dose of Accutane [accutane] [week 17]

Hello everyone, am a 29 yr old
I male weighing 185pds and I am currently 160mg per day Accutane. Im on week 17 and I started w / 80 and then gradually increased to 160 about 3 weeks ago.
The first time I took Accutane a few years ago I stopped breaking out after about 6 weeks. I was only at 80 mg for 20 weeks over the entire course. This time however I am still breaking out all over my body and some on my face.
Has anyone had a similar experience w / high-dose Accutane, and you clear up after you were done w / the course?
Im just worried because I have the same great results as expected, during my first course, even better, actually thats why I asked my derm for an increased dosage.
