Reply:I use Head and Shoulders shampoo because i have a flaky saclp caused my over production of oil,i have'nt tried it on my skin but looking at the ingredients the only thing i would say can be helping with Acne is the Zinc that it contains.
Maybe theres a hidden ingredient i don't know about though.
