I have moderate acne. I am a teenager and his normal oily skin. What is the best product to use? I need something that will help blackheads and keep my skin not fat. I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash for a while and it helped a little, but my skin extra dry. So any suggestions? Nothing recipe. Thanks! 
Reply:I recomend Quinoderm its a peroxide based cream you can get from the chemist, its very strong stuff, and burns like hell after use. – but its great, I noticed a differnce. BUT it really drys your skin.
Theres two types, Quinoderm 5 – which the chemist will tell you to get if you've never used it before, and the stronger normal one.

I agrre with you that Quinoderm is the quickest working topical around although i do not really like using it as i would prefer more natural remidies although i do not seem to have as good results with them as i do with quinoderm.
I think using quionoderm in the summer is less harsh than in the winter when my skin gets a bit flaky anyway.
I would suggest using a very thin layer of quinoderm as a thick layer does not increase the speed of healing it will just make your skin red and peel.
In summer i do not need to apply a moisturizer but in winter i follow up with a good mattyfying one.
Quinoderm is great at healing breakouts in around a week or two in my case.

Reply:Anything with peroxide is good for acne. Personally I'm DRASTICALLY allergic to it so can't use it, but my dermatologist said peroxide is the best topical.
Reply:What I use is the Aveeno Foaming Cleanser this stuff is great it does not over dry at all. Don't use any soap with it. I also, take Zinc suppliments 50mg a day I just started doing this so im not sure if its working just yet.
Reply:cetaphyll ( I think the spelling is correct) research it on this board and I would do the no water method, this is what my caughter does and it is working great, she also uses pure aloe vera as a moisturizer afterwards.
