I wanted to try pantethine instead of megadosing b5.
Pantethine is a stronger form of b5.
You do not require large doses, such as b5.
Please let me know if any of you have tried it did not take and
whether.

Reply:Actually Pantethine is the active form of B5. This
doesn't make it stronger, it just makes it easier
to help boost the coenzyme-a formation. The only
problem is knowing how much Pantethine it would
take to equal the same benefits as the high amount
of B5.
Plus, pantethine is much more expensive than the
B5 is, compared to how much you'll need to get
the job done right.
You should start out with 900mg per day (300mg
2 times per day) with the Pantethine and go from
there.
Pantethine will also help you with lowering the
bad cholesterol while raising the good (something
B5 cannot do).
