Where to find an Aloe Vera plant? [aloe vera plant] [aloe vera gel]

I keep reading about how to use the aloe vera gel from an aloe vera true, but where you can find one of these plants?

Reply:It's also a natural moisturizer and skin protectant (NOT from the sun however). Walmart has them (at least in the Milwaukee, WI area). Aloe plants are fairly popular. My bet is that any place that sells even a few plants/flowers would carry them (ShopKo, Walmart, greenhouse, flower store…). Call first, it'll save you time.

Reply:yup, go to a nursery. i think it's a succulent. you could also order one online most likely. they're very nice and require little care. they can get get big however, so unless you want a mammoth plant, keep it in a pot.

ps- i got a little baby one, and it's been quite satisfactory from the very beginning, you just can't yank all the leaves off or anything. it's two years old now and going CRAZY! :p

Reply:hiya…my mum's got an Aloe Vera plant in the kitchen and she told me to put some of the stuff thats inside the plant on my red spots, i don't know where the plant came from, as someone at my mum's workplace gave it to her…i think you might be able to found one in a garden centre, or a supermarket, in the flowers section…

The best place to find one is the garden, plant centre and sometimes large
supermarkets. Get the largest one you can find rather then a baby one which is not mature.
