Which is the stronger medicine? [azelex] [retin a micro]

Hi, I have both Retin-A micro and Azelex. that is stronger topical? (My Retin-A is 0.1%)?

Reply:Depends on what you mean by stronger. If you mean stronger by harshness on your face…Retin-A. Azelex is pretty light and shouldn't be rough on your skin at all, however I found Azelaic Acid to be a pretty strong drug against acne.

Reply:just because something is stronger doesn't make it better.
I hated retin a but I love azelex. who knows though, not everybody has the same effects

Reply:I would suggest the RETIN A to be stronger. I've used Azelex and was told that it's fairly mild.
