white head, back of neck [acne treatment] [hair line]

hello, I have in recent months on acne treatment cuz nothing is really depressing, yet I still a big white head on the back of my neck just above the hairline and you cannot see them, but the spots are really painful and are consistently showing up now, can someone tell me what this is this place? thankyou

Reply:I doubt the shampoo would affect your face. You are not rubbing it on your face, are you?

Reply:i use to use selson blue for about a month and i noticed i started to get lots of spots in my hair. once i changed to something else they went away, with exception to the odd one here and there.

Definitely try a new shampoo. If you have dry hair or w/e try head and shoulders.

Reply:yup find a shampoo without sodium lauryl sulfate… that's probably the cause. I'm still trying to find one so let me know how you make out.
